Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or engraved items, with names, initials, dates.
Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you are sending us items to qualify for refund via post, shipping cost is your responsibility and we do not compensate for shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
