We aim to accurately describe all products, including sizing, materials, and images.
However, colour and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and photography.

All items are 14ct solid gold (585)  unless stated otherwise.  All items are hallmarked, as hallmarked is your guarantee. Check Assay Office website for precious metals, and hallmarked information. 

4. Prices

All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds).

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where:

Payment is not received

A pricing error occurs

Fraud or suspicious activity is detected

6. Shipping

We ship within the United Kingdom ONLY.
We do not ship to Europe or internationally.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery – Tracked & Signed · Next Day by 1PM Guaranteed.

Orders placed after 1pm will ship the next business day.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our full Return Policy applies to all purchases.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Earrings, personalised, resized, and sale items are non-returnable

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

Faulty or incorrect items are eligible for refund or replacement

We do not offer warranty on any jewellery.

Delays caused by Royal Mail or external couriers
